At TubeBid ("TubeBid", "we", "our"), we are committed to respecting your privacy and ensuring transparency regarding any data collected through our platform. This Privacy Policy outlines what information we collect, how it is processed, and your rights regarding that information.
2. Information We Collect
Public channel identifiers, title, avatar URL, subscriber count, video count, view count, and public description retrieved via the YouTube Data API.
Payment order IDs, bid amounts, settlement timestamps, and payment statuses via Razorpay. We do not store credit card or bank details on our servers.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To display real-time creator rankings and leaderboard standings.
- To process secure outbid transactions and prevent double-spending or race condition conflicts.
- To verify channel ownership using zero-OAuth proof verification tokens.
- To count anonymous channel discovery clicks and provide aggregated platform analytics.
4. Cookies & Tracking
TubeBid uses lightweight, essential session cookies (`tb_session`, `tb_visited`) strictly to calculate anonymous live online presence and count unique visitors. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell personal data to data brokers.
5. Third-Party Service Providers
We work with trusted third-party services to operate the platform:
- Google / YouTube: YouTube Data API v3 for fetching public channel metrics. (See Google Privacy Policy).
- Razorpay: Encrypted payment gateway processing and settlement.
- Supabase: Scalable PostgreSQL database and authentication infrastructure.
Data Deletion & Inquiries
