Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Service & Instant Delivery
TubeBid provides real-time digital billboard placement and competitive ranking for YouTube creators. Because rank placement is instantly delivered and publicly broadcast upon successful payment verification, distinct refund conditions apply as described below.
2. Successful Bids Are Non-Refundable
Once a bid successfully processes and the creator's channel is placed on the live leaderboard, the digital service is considered fully rendered. If another creator subsequently outbids your channel, no partial or full refund is provided, as competitive outbidding is the core mechanism of the platform.
3. 100% Automatic Instant Refunds (Race Conditions)
If two users attempt to claim the same rank at the exact same moment and another bidder completes checkout a split-second earlier, your bid is classified as race_lost. In this scenario:
- Your bid is never applied to a lower rank without your consent.
- A 100% full refund is automatically triggered back to your original payment method via Razorpay.
- No cancellation or processing fees are deducted.
4. Refund Processing Timelines
When a refund is initiated by our automated system or support team:
- UPI / Net Banking / Wallets: Typically credited within 24 to 48 hours.
- Credit & Debit Cards: Typically credited within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your issuing bank.
5. Payment Errors & Support Requests
If your account was debited but you experienced a network drop or technical glitch preventing your channel from appearing, please contact our support team with your Razorpay Payment ID (e.g. `pay_...`):
