1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to TubeBid ("TubeBid", "we", "us", or "our"), accessible at tubebid.lol. By accessing our website, viewing rankings, placing bids, or claiming YouTube channel positions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue using the service immediately.

2. Pay-to-Rank Bidding Mechanics

TubeBid operates an open, real-time, competitive pay-to-rank billboard for YouTube creators. By participating in the bidding system, you acknowledge and agree to the following mechanics:

• Dynamic Temporary Placement: Placing a bid secures a rank position on the leaderboard at the moment of payment settlement. However, rankings are inherently dynamic and competitive. Any other creator or sponsor may outbid your position at any subsequent time by meeting the minimum increment ($1+).
• No Guaranteed Duration: TubeBid does not guarantee any minimum duration of time that a channel will retain a specific rank. Rank retention is solely determined by competitive market dynamics and incoming outbids.
• Atomic Shifting: When a higher bid is placed, lower-ranked channels are automatically shifted down the board in deterministic order.
• Starting Bids: Unclaimed spots may be claimed starting at $0 (Free) during initial platform availability, with subsequent outbids requiring higher amounts.

3. YouTube Attribution & Verification

TubeBid allows community members, fans, sponsors, and creators to feature public YouTube channels on the leaderboard. Channel metadata (avatar, name, subscriber count) is publicly indexed via the official YouTube Data API.

Verified channel owners may claim their profile using our zero-OAuth verification token system by placing a cryptographic confirmation code into their public channel description.

4. Prohibited Conduct & Content

Users agree not to feature, promote, or link channels containing:

• Hate speech, harassment, defamation, or violent extremism.
• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or non-consensual imagery.
• Illegal substances, unauthorized gambling, or fraudulent schemes.
• Malicious software, phishing links, or unauthorized bot traffic.

TubeBid reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove any channel violating these standards without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TubeBid and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, visibility, subscribers, data, or goodwill arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
